Spam as time has proven doesn’t pay and Facebook on Friday won a $873 million judgement against Adam Guerbuez and his front company, Atlantis Blue Capital. Spam featuring medical marijuana and male enhancements were fronted all over the Facebook community and finally have reached their end on the site. While it is next to impossible to collect this large of a judgement against Atlantis Blue Capital, it certainly shows that large companies and web sites are fighting SPAM as quickly as they can. Earlier this year, MySpace won a $230mm judgement on a similar SPAM case.
